Jiva Health is an Adelaide-based holistic wellness studio blending physiotherapy, yoga and Ayurvedic wisdom. Every class is led by a qualified physiotherapist with authentic yoga training, so movement is safe, therapeutic and suitable for all levels — from beginners to those recovering from injury. Jiva Health runs physiotherapist-led yoga across Adelaide: in-person yoga every Wednesday at Clarence Park, the Monday Minds reset every Monday evening at Clearview, and live online classes every Wednesday evening. All classes are led by a qualified physiotherapist with authentic yoga training, so movement is safe, therapeutic and suitable for all levels.
What yoga classes does Jiva Health run, and when?
In-Person Yoga — Wednesdays 10:30–11:30 AM at Clarence Park ($17). Online Yoga — Wednesdays 6:00–7:00 PM, join from anywhere ($15). Monday Minds — Mondays 7:00–8:00 PM at Clearview Bowling Club, an after-work reset of mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. Therapeutic Yoga — personalised sessions by appointment for injury recovery and chronic pain.
Does Jiva Health offer Ayurveda and physiotherapy?
Yes. Jiva Health blends physiotherapy, yoga and Ayurvedic wisdom for whole-person wellbeing. Founder Vidhi Jain is a physiotherapist and yoga instructor, and the studio offers Ayurvedic dietary guidance alongside its movement and recovery programs.
Are the classes suitable for beginners or injury recovery?
Absolutely. Because every class is guided by a physiotherapist, sessions are adapted for beginners, for people returning after injury, and for those managing chronic pain. Therapeutic Yoga offers fully personalised one-on-one sessions when you need tailored support.
How much do classes cost and how do I book?
In-person yoga is $17 and online yoga is $15 per session, booked through Eventbrite. Monday Minds and special events such as the International Yoga Day 'Strength, Stillness & Sharing' morning are also booked via Eventbrite.
