Hi, I'm Vidhi Jain

Physiotherapist, Yoga Teacher & Wellness Explorer

Jiva was born not just from my qualifications, but from my experiences—with my clients, my culture, and my own body and mind. I've seen firsthand how healing becomes truly powerful when we stop separating physical health from mental peace, food from feelings, or science from ancient wisdom.

Over the years, I've worked with people from all walks of life—mothers in pain, elders seeking relief, teens battling anxiety. Each of them has shaped what Jiva is today: a place where we hold space for the whole person.

At Jiva, we don't offer quick fixes. We offer care that's kind, conscious, and personal. I created Jiva because I believe we all deserve a life that feels aligned—not just healthy on paper.
